Business profile information (shop name, phone number, address, services) provided during setup. Usage data including templates generated, features used, and app interactions. Device information used for analytics and crash reporting.

To provide and personalize AI-generated marketing content. To improve our AI models and template quality. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To send important service updates and notifications.

Business profile data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Firebase. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. All payments — both domestic and international — are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or process any payment card or financial information on our servers.

Firebase (Google) — authentication and cloud sync.
Google Play Billing — payment processing for all subscriptions and in-app purchases, for both domestic (India) and international users. Payments are handled entirely by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google AdMob — free-tier advertisements.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and data practices.

You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings screen. You can opt out of analytics collection at any time. You may request complete account deletion by contacting us directly.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

BizGenie is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of BizGenie after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
